Regular Visits
During the typical office visit you will not need to get undressed and we don't discuss any personal matters. The visit normally takes place in the main room. If you need to discuss anything personal just let Jo know and we will see you in the side room.
When you come in Jo will give you your notes. If there is a bench free Jo will take you through and get you settled on the bench. Just take a few minutes to listen to the music and unwind from your journey. When I am free I will come over to you and check you. When you have been checked you will take your notes back through to Jo where you can pay and schedule appointments as necessary.
Each visit will take as long as it needs. Usually you will need to allow 2 - 5 minutes per visit. Usually you will not be kept waiting. However if someone needs more care I will take longer with them so you may have to wait a few minutes on rare occasions.
Every 12 visits we will schedule a re-assessment visit. This will take about 30 minutes and will be a repeat of your original consultation. The purpose is to make sure that you are making the progress that you need and to alter the treatment schedule if necessary.
